U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. A physical address is needed because UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 days after order processing when shipped  via UPS Ground.

 

Shipping for any order can be upgraded to UPS Orange (3 day delivery),  UPS Blue (2 day delivery) or

UPS Red (next day delivery).   Rates for upgraded  shipping and international shipping are determined

by package weight and delivery destination.

 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.   Orders placed on holidays or weekends

will be processed on the following business day.  Please note that order processing and shipping is

dependent on product availability.

 

RETURNS & CLAIMS POLICY

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days

of the original purchase date and we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund, excluding freight.

 

 

Stock Items: full refund within 30 days of original purchase.
Non-Stock Items: returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

 

Please contact Customer Service at (800) 324-4507 (USA) for a return authorization number (RMA)

before shipping your merchandise.  Also, please make sure to send your item freight pre-paid and

use the original packaging to ensure the product arrives in good condition.

 

The retail cost of any missing components (e.g., foam inserts, accessories) will be deducted from

 the refund amount.  All returns must be in like new condition (no scratches, dents, etc.)
